Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2016
if OSHA only knew - probably a lot of violations....
Suggestions for improvement
- not even worth it I have moved on
I like about the employer
Benefits were pretty good and relatively cheap for an employee
I dislike about the employer
rules, you have to be very very fast, no room for error but all these safety rules(I realize you have to have them) but when you are moving that fast, and working that fast-and for 10 to 12 hours a day always on your feet - you are apt to be not safe and making mistakes moving at their expected rate expectations..... worked there for 8 1/2 years was 8 1/2 years too long...... and how people cheated and did not follow procedures in order to make rate and they were recognized for it and if you were below the line you were written up..... almost a new rule everyday - and if you were a chosen one you got away with not doing your job then lets talk about communication or the lack there of...... glad to be gone..........
