Suggestions for improvement
- There's is not such thing as over communicating. When teams are left out of important communications, the learning curve gets bigger and the risk increases. HR should keep up with the salaries and dnt wait to check them until someone is leaving.
I like about the employer
The constant challenges that are an opportunity for learning. The opportunity to grow with the company.
I dislike about the employer
The communication does not move as fast as the work; consequently, we have to accomodate for surprises. Lack of documentation and basic processes with the excuse that we use agile. Salaries need to be revised, they are all over the place and don't get updated if there are changes in the market.
