  • Instead of looking for someone to blame embrace and enforce the culture and the reality of what actually needs to change. The company lacks true vision in critical departments

Suggestions for improvement

  • Pay employees a more liveable wage & offer insurance. Pay management salaries. Some of your management have been there for 10 years or more and are still hourly. Pay holiday pay and give standard meal breaks. Offer food discounts for employees off the clock.

What I like about the company

Free movies

What I dislike about the company

No benefits of any kind are offered for employees outside of management. There are no off clock breaks even if you work 7+ hours. There are few opportunities for advancement. Pay scale is around minimum wage and doesn't increase much until the GM level. They are open on every holiday and there is no holiday pay. Corporate requires employees to work all holidays. Difficult to request off for personal needs. No employee discounts are offered off the clock. Temperatures for staff range from freezing cold in the winter to over 100 degrees in Summer. Must be willing to clean up bodily fluids.
