Employee's are usually address by supervisors only when some thing is not correct.
Again trust & fairness shown more so to favored employees..
Support from Management
Lack of commutation & training of new hire's poorly done..
Management shows too much favoritism..
Level of Autonomy
work load is distributed by who ever management fills can do the best job, never on even scale of who might like to learn.
