Suggestions for improvement
- HR needs to listen an access accurate information before "assuming".
Supervisors did commend employees. I did not observe a climate of fairness or trust.
Micro management made you feel you could not express yourself freely. Office politics made for a bad atmosphere.
The team worked well together when left alone long enough to do so.
Meetings were held to keep employees abreast of situations but the information provided was considered skeptical by the employees.
