Suggestions for improvement
- Benefits. Schedules. Hourly pay vs per visit pay.
I truly haven’t had positive experiences here outside of good relationships with coworkers. Most of us are seeking other employment.
The company claims to welcome creative ideas and feedback yet continually rejects all suggestions. This makes employees feel worthless and unappreciated. They are underpaying by several dollars an hour based on conversations and research.
