Verbal abuse by management was not rare.
Support from management
Leadership was bottom up. Top managers were not interested in workers health, safety or development.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older workers discriminated against.
Because staff was so thin, the opportunities to learn new skills was deep. Management typically opposed to ideas generated however.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay for professional staff was competitive.
OSHA violations abound, cited several times, not interested in addressing.
Suggestions for improvement
- Top management needs to be replaced by mature individuals with industry and people skills.

Opportunity to utilize many technical skills.
What I dislike about the company
Abusive environment towards all workers, evidenced by massive turnover and government interventions.
