I've been working for about 14 years. I have a lot of experience from now. I know what to do. I work as a team I like helping people. Im always on time.I like making overtime, especially when they have Holliday. My job is very interesting. I always follow the rules. My job is very understanding. If I have an emergency idea be able to get what I need done.
The company trips and gifts were always one of the reasons I stayed. The culture was available whenever you thought you wouldn't see them. Nearly captivatin by the fuse of ethnicity and culture shared through out our workers
The flexibility is off the chart good. The company and job are both stable. The benefits are acceptable. The variety of situations is off the chart good as we'll because I rarely see the same people twice.

The only thing tbis company hates more than its customers is its employees.
We are still in the process of a merger where my original company merged with a company supposedly going bankrupt. We are doing everything the way of the other company simply because they are bigger in size even though they were failing financially. Suggestions for improvement

Management has no regard for front line employees. Punitive sick policies bind you from taking earned sick time.
Need to fire entire upper management who are greedy and running the airline into the ground.
Lower health costs. More flexabilty for time off
I would like it if when people don't show up to there shift and don't let you know by calling off that they should be penalised for it.
Frontline employees need tools to make things right when things go wrong. The work environment is typically too hot or too cold.
I would have a team meeting and pitch some ideas from inside the office that might improve worker morale.
