Culture is know your limitations. Don't try to be a superstar or you will be put in your place. Do your work and go home.
Support from management
There is a widespread feeling that employees take advantage and complain about everything. Thus, management runs a tight ship.
Teamwork is encouraged, but most people have fixed responsibilities and focus on their own tasks.
Freedom to work independently
Stay within the herd, otherwise you may get pushed back.
Gender equality is above normal. Many top management and the CEO are female.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I think there exists age discrimination in some positions. That is more prevalent based on one's income. The fact is that younger employees are willing to take less salary than older employees.
AAA offers many in-house and online seminars, but no tuition reimbursement for college credits.

Salary based on one's experience and qualifications. Fair pay for position.
Office / Work Environment
They do throw a lot of parties and celebrations, during holidays and other occasions.
The building is in charge of waste management. While there are two waste baskets at every desk, one for garbage and another for recycling, it has been my experience that the building sanitation people don't care about recycling and throw them together.
If you live near Manhattan, it is an easy commute with buses, trains and easy access. Leave your car at home.
Oldest arbitration company in US, Has a good reputation, but other competitors are more technologically advanced and eating away at their market share.
Either you fit in, or your don't. Complainers are fired. People stay there very long or are fired.
I did not see any handicapped employees, but they can access the building.
Very secure building.
The work is not that challenging and many positions are repetitive tasks.
