Support from Management
Very poor communication from management to workers.
Employees work well amongst themselves.
AAM only looks out for themselves and their bottom line. No loyalty to workers who have been there for many years.
Very minimal training.
No sense of accomplishment because management never acknowledged people working above and beyond what is asked of them.
