Suggestions for improvement
- Company needs to develop a set criteria for promoting people. No rules or procedures followed. It depends on who you know in the company.
High degree of very bad politics
AAM was in deep debt before their recent acquisition. Now they have more than $2B in debt on their books. Would you invest in this company?
They definitely don't want more experienced people because they don't want to pay for it, rather they would like to out source all CAD/CAE work to foreign companies
Hard working, serious people, no nonsense.
The company communicates with it's employees well.
There are opportunities to enhance one's career if one takes advantage of them.
In Line with the auto automotive industry.
Safety is a priority. Working conditions can be dangerous. AAM works to minimize hazards.
