Suggestions for improvement
- Equal pay for equal work. Seniority pay program unfair, new hires are sixteen years behind on job pay rates.
There is but because of lack of pay, we are segregated and left out
The targets are not real, but everything else mentioned in the lead is mostly true.
The place is well lit. Clean usually, and they screen the crazies out so your safe for the most part
At least where I'm working people are helpful and try to make life easier for the others
The work us structured, so there isn't much autonomy.except because it's union you can go to the bathroom get a drink, talk a little with passers without getting scolded for it
Lack common sense
Employees don't care about there jobs because management is horrible.
None. Management believes the hourly employees are below them and don't treat them with respect.
Absolutely none. If you are family or know someone then your salary. If you have an education and hard work ethic then you are stuck being an hourly employee with no chance to advance in this company.
