Company culture from the head office was lacking. Very poor leadership, poor communication.
Tough to answer. The office was independent, then taken back by the parent organization. My answers are based on pre-takeover ONLY.
Locally, terrific. Head office, appalling.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire and replace the existing leadership team. Truly, there are, maybe, three who are outstanding. The rest, worthless sycophants.
What I like about the company
When it was independent from the head office, I liked everything, particularly local leadership.
What I dislike about the company
When the head office moved the goal posts, it lost total communication with its fee paying members. The centralization - to judge by the feedback from members has not been a success. Fortunately, the previous CEO is now gone. Then again, so am I.
