Company culture from the head office was lacking. Very poor leadership, poor communication.
Tough to answer. The office was independent, then taken back by the parent organization. My answers are based on pre-takeover ONLY.
Locally, terrific. Head office, appalling.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire and replace the existing leadership team. Truly, there are, maybe, three who are outstanding. The rest, worthless sycophants.
