Suggestions for improvement
- Increase the level of communication and networking opportunities.
In lower level positions, it is rare to find coworkers, supervisors, and atmospheres that truly value opinions across the hierarchy. American Councils is definitely that kind of place. While I am usually consumed with the day to day experiences of scheduling and organizing, I often get to use my research, writing, and language skills as those needs come up. If I have an opinion or and idea about what I would like to change, I feel confident about sharing it. That is so important for junior employees.
