Support from Management
My direct manager was great. There was no training provided which left me feeling as though I wasn't sure if I were following procedures correctly.
Salary positions required too many hours. About 60 a week.
Random firings. Very few feel safe there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Mentor program for new management.
- Too much busy work. Supervisors were required to do too many employee evaluations on top of required work load.
