Supervisors tend to micromanage employees. No clear direction is ever given. Employees and managers work on different rules. Employees are written up if one minute late, and the expect you to show up even during a medical emergency, or family issue, and they will still write you up. No empathy is given.
Support from Management
Constant micromanagement, and SR level managers lack proper education and skills to successfully fill their obligations.
