No process for filing human resource complaints, discriminatory comments were made directly to me in front of witnesses and no repercussions were made. However I was deemed a trouble maker for "bringing attention to office" for filing complaint against highly insulting behavior. Budgets were not set within reasonable timelines. Often, after events, more than mid year. Goals were often increased once hit with little to no notice. Very rarely received anything in writing, and often through texts. Emails would often not be reaponded to by management, nor on a reasonable time frame.
