- Be more honest with your employees and vendors, stop ruining the market with "low to no" mark-up of material.
I like about the employer
Nothing really; they expect you to work 60+ hours a week on salary, no help from upper level management or co-workers, very "cutthroat" atmosphere.
I dislike about the employer
Unlike most companies; you are not recognized or financially rewarded for your merits, only by "who you know" or are related to. Several employees in upper level management positions who have little to no door and hardware industry experience, and it shows by the company decisions they make.
