Suggestions for improvement
- Don't give employees false impression
Diversity is great. You have an environment rich in all aspects: Cultures, languages, nationalities, genders, ethnicity.
Do not expect much effective support from AMEX leaders. All is very high level trying to show as being supportive but finding actual/effective support and directions is challenging.
Most peers will be always willing to help. That happens across borders as the company has a matrix style organization.
