Suggestions for improvement
- My only advise would be for upper management to review the structure of the surveys that our customers fill out. Let the customers know that anything less than an excellent does negatively impact us and so to make the grading relevant to that call.

There really care about work/life balance. You aren’t just a number, but a valued employee.
What I dislike about the company
There isn’t any of my company that I disapprove of. AMEX treats their employees fair and wants you to succeed.
