Heard one thing saw something entirely different
despite what the company thought they projected, anyone who had to deal with with service dept. of the company, agents and clients alike would end up being frustrated,and disgusted with how they were treated. That was the image they actually projected.
If you call sending communications, calls, or messages with requests, and not receiving a reply accessible then yes!
never knew when paperwork submitted would be processed

What I like about the company
They laid off almost all of their agents...what's to like?
What I dislike about the company
They say whatever they think others may want to hear, but it's all about the profit numbers
