No communication as a Leader to their employees. If an employee had or has a problem. Regional Supervisor and area supervisor would get back to you whenever they felt like it. If you needed to fix your check. Payroll department would take a long time to get back to you.
Had a big issue with the area supervisor, told the regional supervisor and nothing was investigated.
Mileage reimbursement wasn't much .35 a mile. Drawing at Homes wasn't much in reimbursing.
No lab recognition week. No bonuses, No vehicle allowance

- Better communication. Get back to you when needed. Pay better with mileage
