Suggestions for improvement
- All employees have different scenarios in their work/home life and upper management needs to be more flexible. PTO and Personal Time/Sick Time as well as Vacation Time policies need to be more liberal. I lost my job for a ridiculous reason, and it was not my fault and beyond my control. My employer of 15 months did not see it that way.
What I like about the company
Great Supervisor, Tremendous human being. My previous Supervisor was retired military. He was tough, but fair. We sat behind each other for almost 9 months, until he left to pursue a better opportunity. I miss him every day. We had a great relationship and If he was still employed there, I am sure I would still be working for that company today.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management. Anyone above my supervisor needed a class in had to run an operation of that size. Worst upper management that I have ever come in contact with and have worked in call center's for years.
