Employees don't like

My manager was never there. When she didn’t show up she never spoke to me unless she absolutely had to. I found her to be rather remote herself, and feel that my experience at American HomePatient would’ve been a better one and I have a different manager.
I wish the company would pay a little more. The work is hard but help lots of people.
The upper management, ceo. They act as only money matters no patients
Pay is low for the workload and raises are almost non existent.

Suggestions for improvement

Get rid of some of your management. Be more patient driven. Trust your emoloyees
Better communication. Treat employee's like people, not something disposable. Give better training and more than 3 sick days a year.
The building is old and starting to fall apart. I wish we had a better office with better views.
Remote management doesn’t really work very well.
communication between the corporate offices and the branch offices is lack luster and if that improved i believe the culture and productivity would also improve. weekly meetings about the status of the workload and how to organize the most efficient workflow
