Generally everyone is nice
Support from management
Support depends on who you work for and is it in THEIR best interest. Alot of it is thinking in the fly, being politically correct and not leaving your seat without asking for permission to use the restroom. Communications are not always clear as the Takata airbags for example because they have to be 'careful' of what is transmitted by email so its a lot of he said she said but dont say it wrong or you can be let go. Call center employees do not assist in and process making.
Non existent as Team Leads just worry about their own teams and not being one voice as a whole team.
Freedom to work independently
When an agent needs to be corrected you bet its our jobs as a team lead to correct you so yes, communication and directives will be given.

Base pay is about $16 to start and if you want a raise you do need to move up and into higher positions but pretty decent pay.
Office / Work Environment
Friendly because a lot of workers ........ ummmmm ..... intermingle and or are involved.
More than stable. I was there 10 years before i finaly quit because the stress was no longer worth my sanity.
For over 240. Employess the whole building only has 2 exists.
