There is an effort to change the culture. However, the elitist environment overshadows these efforts.
Support from management
Very little. Everyone is looking out for themselves instead of the company itself. Turn over is high.
It is a singular environment. Everyone is out for themselves. Definitely not a team environment.
Freedom to work independently
You are completely independent from day 1.
Absolutely none. Discussions are held behind your back.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There are quite a few older employees.
No discussion of career development.
Office / Work Environment
Very poor. Cutthroat, schoolyard mentalities, high turnover.
Barely. No back up plan for when employees are out. Work just adds up so when you utilize your PTO or have a family emergency you come back to work with even more on your plate.
The way work filters is the challenging part. Lack of communication makes it even more so and non existent training makes it impossible. Job complexities are caused by lack of communication, limited resources, and attitudes of employees.

No and barely.
Suggestions for improvement
- Complete overhaul.
What I dislike about the company
A few employees show no human compassion. Management and employees throw their egos around all day. No real diversity. And the company allowing certain individuals to taint the companies work environment because they have no back up plan. Certain things you should never condone.
