I thought I worked for a bad employer before this job. Little did I know this would be far worse. There was no fairness or trust to be found. At least if you weren't in the "inner circle." If you don't fit their mold, you will not last. Period. You will be sabotaged and fired, or have to quit.
Support from management
If you are hired you are on your own. You will have virtually no help, no guidance, and little to no training guidelines. Learning is not something valued here. You are expected to come in, have a complete understanding of your responsibilities and show zero signs of struggle.
It was like high school to be honest. If you weren't in the "in crowd," you were treated like dirt and forget about help! There's an elitist mentality where if you show signs of struggle with understanding things, you might as well quit because it's only a matter of time before you are ran out of the building.
Freedom to work independently
This was great. Aside from having no help, there was plenty to do. But again, if you didn't understand things, you were doomed.
Regular meetings were nice and all but it stopped there. People speak out of both sides of their mouth, telling you that you're doing a good job but then condemning you behind your back.
If you aren't running right out of the gate, you won't last. Mistakes and trouble understanding work is not acceptable.
Office / Work Environment
The image definitely reflects the reality. Elitist. Perfection. No mistakes. Think ritzy country club.

What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Too much to list. But I'll summarize it by saying the culture is that of high school. If you aren't popular, you will be sabotaged.
