Could be a good place, but due to many issues, most people are gone in less than a year.
Support from management
Unrealistic expectations. No clear communication, constant change and deadlines constantly change.
Some work well together, but many are put in situations where they are forced to make others look bad to try and keep job.
Was required to have a set number of classes or training.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay on the low end of the scale. Benefits are even worse.
Constantly changing hours. Expects overtime weekly and often "requires " you to work on holidays that they say are off.
Constant turnover. Most employees are there less than a year.
Challenging mainly because goals and expectations change daily and on emotional whims.
Inclusive / Diverse
Very diverse, but there is an atmosphere of discrimination if you are not from another country.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have the owner hire someone that knows how to run a business take care of things. She undermines management and employees in a very passive aggressive way.
What I like about the company
Great concept and could be full of potential, if employees were given the opportunity.
What I dislike about the company
No respect of employees. Owner and management have horrible communication and often unethical.
