Suggestions for improvement
- Being willing to spemd money on updated equipment.
1970's Good ole boy. Exclusive club. If you are one of the many, many connection based hires, you will have a great working environment. If you are not, not so much.
Lots of meeting and email "leadership"
Hostility on the first floor, somewhat more fair on the upper floors.
Work is given a punishment. Favorites get none, not-so-favorites get a lot.
It's a non-profit. You will never really "work". If you are connected, you will have won the non-profit lottery.
Smooth sailing ahead!
Cliquish culture, all political. Too many people with no defined responsibilities. Favoritism, nepotism make for a negative culture if you are not in the club. If you get one of the hands-on jobs in the factory, your life will be like a Dickens novel.
