Toi many leaders, and none working together.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get a new leader. Implement work/performance reviews for employees. Offer ckear/concise job descriptions.
What I dislike about the company
Disorganized. Too many chiefs. Unqualified people in leadership roles. No raise in almost 3 years, but kept absorbing roles when people left. No growth or promotion potential, unless you are married to someone in the company. High turnover rate. No performance review. Company is unstable.
