Supervisors don't commend you. The company doesn't contribute to a work climate of fairness or trust.
Support from management
Leadership is lackluster with this company. But that goes all the way to higher ups. Everybody has a "I'm out for myself" mentality.
There are a few good people you can come across. There's even more you won't. So, if you are in a place where you are required to have a partner, choose wisely.
Freedom to work independently
Work is work. Same day, same day things for the most part.
There is zero communication in this company. People only hear you if they want to. Which is never.
Women are treated the same as men are.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older colleagues demand respect, and if they don't get it. You'll get the boot.
You start off with nothing, and go nowhere. This is a dead-end job.
Overall compensation for your work
You will be paid little to not at all. This is not a job you want if you're trying to make money.
Office / Work Environment
Everywhere I have been sent to work with this company has been good. But mind you, it's not American Security. It's the outfit they put you with. You will work for a company that technically works for a company.
The company sees you as a money maker for them. Most of your check goes to higher ups. They'll pay you minimum wage if you allow them.
Most times all they have is weekend work, which means you'll get 24 hours a week if you're lucky. Leaves your week open, though.
They have an image that they bring you in on. But it doesn't actually matter, as nobody actually cares.
You will always have a job with this company. But that doesn't mean you'll be paid. You only get paid if you are working for this company and they are able to put you at a location of a different company.
This company does not employ disabled parties, that I've noticed, anyway.
Most of the time, no. Even in Warehouses, hospitals, or otherwise. They don't actually follow OSHA protocol. But they have ways around it.
Work is work. Every day will feel the same working with this company.
Inclusive / Diverse
Opinions and ideas don't matter unless you're higher up on the food chain. So, unless you're even bigger than a supervisor. Forget about giving your opinion.

- Actually listen to your employees and pay them what they're worth.
