There is no culture unless you count ex employees suing the president of the company for being a slime bag...plenty of those

I found the leadership to be divisive and off-putting to say the least.
there were some great people that work there that get treated poorly by the brain trust.
Freedom to work independently
Kind of a confused cluster mess of a place. Every day there were new rules and new complaints. Little to no training.
99% of expectation sent via email to 2 or 3 people who were expected to relay expectation to everyone else
If you're family, you're fine. If not, watch your back
Attitude towards older colleagues
Most of the crew was younger. The ones who were "older' seemingly had key positions but basically lived there.
ASL is not a career. It's a punishment.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay was ok but i was told mine was going to go down if I stayed. I ended up quitting the morning after that conversation. The guy that told me that is hands down the most ridiculous person I have ever worked for.
Office / Work Environment
The roof on the building collapsed under weight of ice and snow. Sketchy old building. Very dark. Very cold.
'fair' is not a word I equate with ASL
I worked 7a -5p most days and was told I didn't strive to be more successful by putting in more time.
