Manager walk around morning, noon and time to get off to make sure you were at your desk. Never acknowledging when you stayed late or worked extra to be a team player.
Support from management
There was no support they didn’t care about anything but you getting work done and no there was no jumping in to assist. Just Little Hitler telling you the expectation was and you busting chops to do it.
Management never tried to learn employees responsibility so they were never compassionate about workload and dividing up responsibilities
Freedom to work independently
It was a sweatshop. Yes we worked in Silos and there was No teamwork so yes worked independently in a negative way,,
No communication it was an authoritative leadership style, told to do but never with understanding of capacity of workload
Attitude towards older colleagues
They were laid while new contractors were getting hired on..
No one really talked to each other
Work work and work that’s all that mattered from time you walked in the door.
Suggestions for improvement
- Care about your employees enough and provide a live work balance work environment. Staff up enough do you don’t burn your people out. Support your people.
