The Whole Foods in Annapolis that I worked for so extreme favoritism and is not fair.
What I like
The pay really well and the other team members are great.
What I dislike
The store leadership shows blame favoritism. In every regard. Including who's hired, who's promoted and who's treated well. Upper leadership has become more of a clique then a group of professionals.
Suggestions for improvement
Every team member should be treated equally and have equal opportunities. There should be some checks and measures in place for the leadership team.
