Used to be about teamwork and being a leader in the marketplace. Now it's all about eliminating jobs and doing everything faster.
Support from management
Constant movement of personnel from department to department makes it difficult for work to get completed. Employees feel like they are being pitted against each other.
Freedom to work independently
One of the few perks of the job.
There is a 10 minute walkthrough of each department. Other than that, supervisors and managers are hard to find.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Some managers have said they look for younger candidates for posted jobs. Many of the displaced workers are older.
Overall compensation for your work
Hit max pay three years ago. No chance for advancement.
Hard to take time off. Inconsistent schedules make it difficult to make plans

Nice blend of race and gender at all levels.

No longer striving to be world class. Making way too many cuts and struggling to get by. Employees with several years of service have been displaced.
