What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
PREDATORY EMPLOYMENT. Illegal\dangerous\unhealthful
working conditions. Overscheduled and
exempt driver\technicians have fallen asleep at the wheel. Technicians are intimidated and kept in line with superfluous and oblique threats of termination by
their hostile superiors. Employees
have been bullied into doctoring D.O.T. logs and working outside of the law
by supervisors with shady criminal histories
including larceny and drugs (fall-guys?).Their puppeteer is
a slippery\tricky guy and a total religious fraud who ALWAYS makes mistakes in his favor. Every employee is labeled a "supervisor" but all of their autonomy in choice is usurped by the éminence grise (V.P.) . This shady legal shielding usually leaves the EMPLOYEE with the blame\liability for his call. The hours are excessive and its not unusual to net below minimum wage. I think most of their employees (maintenance) could benefit from a little rape counseling after being coerced into fraudulent activity.
This is a lifestyle. You are doing some aspect
of the job at all hours. Its hard on family and ruins relationships.
The upswing is that you can do a little traveling (By truck) and sometimes stay in hotels.
