Upper management pits employees against one another.
Support from management
Management only gets involved if there is one of their favorites involved.
To much infighting.
Freedom to work independently
It is possible, but you will be viewed as competitive, over achieving, and anti-social.
Lots of secrecy
Only if you are Caucasian, on the retail end.
Office / Work Environment
To much nepotism.
Lots of employees call off, leaving others to fill in for them.
Not very, employees fight one another, customers assault employees.
Inclusive / Diverse
They tolerate you, as long as you are productive.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be sure to include all races, treat everyone equally & fairly.
What I like about the company
Some of the people, most of the customers...the interaction between customers & employees.
