Upper management has too many insecurities.give you a hard time if you are more experienced.
Management make sly remarks to offend the people that is not liked
Lack of communication. Lack of acknowledging success.
No. Management afraid their position will be compromised
No recycling implemented
Criticism if you do not come in when called on your day off. Management refuses to come in to cover if no one available if someone is sick. They expect the employee to pull 2 - 8 hour shifts.
No training available. Insufficient organization
Suggestions for improvement
- Implement a no bully policy from upper management. Offer continuing training for advancement.
What I like about the company
The customers are the one that made your day good.
What I dislike about the company
Management is under qualified. Maintenance of the building not always upto part. Complaints by customers are brushed under the rug.
