Suggestions for improvement
- A new group to manage the loan origination system, one that can actually respond to the needs of the branches and operations staff. Senior management should also stop with all the gimmicks and really get to learn what would motivate their employees, which is giving them a real purpose and sense of self worth. Its basically like everyone is just making it up as they go along.
What I like about the company
A steady paycheck and average market pay. The office is nice.
What I dislike about the company
Change the business model, its antiquated. Also the technology the company uses is terrible and nothing is managed properly. The company does not set clear or proper expectations of its employees which leads to extremely high turnover.
