to meet sales goals, or help collect debt, even to ask a simple question horrible!
fall to leadership .. everyone was so over worked every body was out for themselves . people with seniority could care less about anything

Suggestions for improvement
- start treating your employees like human beings and not slave workers .. get rid of lazy management
- promote employees That actually work. I left cause I couldn't take it anymore !!
What I like about the company
I had many jobs some really good some bad ... but this was the worst company I have EVER worked for !
What I dislike about the company
no leadership, no accountability , no apologies .For the work the crr's do.. they carry that company and they would be NOTHING without them !
