This may vary based upon your department, but I have not experienced this.
This depends on your department. Many departments’ higher level positions are saturated.

The compensation by the company is competitive
Office / Work Environment
The buildings vary but sometimes the AC is very cold and there may be an odor in your space.
There can be more recycling units within the facilities.
Great benefits package with a good amount of paid time off.
It is a great company to work for.
There are elevators and doors that can be opened for you.
There is training on physical security to ensure that associates remain vigilant.
This depends on your departmebt, but generally the work is not challenging when you have mastered your task.

Suggestions for improvement
- The company could invest in a better cafeteria with healthier food options. Also, a fitness center and daycare would show dedication to the associates.
What I like about the company
The company is dedicated to the community and wants to ensure that associates are involved with the community they serve through volunteer efforts. There are also great benefits that make you feel appreciated.
What I dislike about the company
The company could allow more room for growth so associates feel they can move up and want to do better. There should be more allowances for raises and bonuses for many high performing associates.
