Suggestions for improvement
- Change of local and middle management personnel and/or philosophy to improve management's knowledge of day to day operations and factors that directly affect the productivity and engagement of the employees doing the work. This location badly needs better leadership.
What I like about the company
The position is desirable in that the work I did there was satisfying and enjoyable. The benefits are good and the pay is very good.
What I dislike about the company
Leadership is very lacking in that our leaders do not interact with the employees, but react to intangible factors, word of mouth and personal bias in decision making. Leadership is reactive and seldom reflects employee progress. Morale is low and employees often express not feeling valued.
