The support from management can be limited by the resources at time, however, everyone has the best intentions to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Mostly everyone wants to enjoy their job, sometimes there are bad days, but everyone tries to have a good time.
Freedom to work independently
There are definitely different management styles between departments. Some tend to micro manage during initial on boarding, but once trust is earned, they will let you do your work without checking.
Some people communicate less than others, especially between departments, but for the most part you'll hear it somehow
Not a lot of overhead, ability to switch departments, but not necessarily upward.
Office / Work Environment
It's clean, organized, and everyone has their own space.
Does not disappoint with their commitment to the environment and attention to best practices.
Mon- Fri operation. Can be long hour for some positions, but most are able to leave work and not take it home.
It's a routine, when conflicts arise, you get to come up with solutions, however it's typically a standard operation with daily duties.
