Suggestions for improvement
- More support for the new advisors so that its not such a slaughter of employees as they cannot keep up with quotas and eventually get filtered out of the company
I like about the employer
They gave me an opportunity
I dislike about the employer
They give the same opportunity to hundreds of new advisors each year, based on the principle that only the top 10% of new hires will last more than 3 years. It is a dog eat dog way of sorting out and retaining only the top performers.
