Support from Management
This rating is for the seniormost management. The more with less strategy builds resentment because of the implication that employees were not at full capacity already, or that senior management does not care that salaried employees are bearing the burden. I know that other high performers in my group are looking as well, so ABC will be left with those who CAN'T go elsewhere.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have appropriate headcount for the business needs. Plan ahead for growth so it's not a scramble to throw new people into programs they are not ready for.
