Suggestions for improvement
- Actually be present and don't abandon your leadership team. Communicate your ideals to the front line supervisors, so that we can all share in the vision. If you don't want to work in H.R., don't work in H.R.! You are supposed to be there as a beacon of support but could care less about the actual team members doing the work that got your big paycheck.
