Everyone there disliked and mistrusted everyone else.

My supervisor micromanaged to excess, did not trust her employee nor was she trustworthy.
The male employees were favored and allowed to rack up overtime pay.
No opportunities for advancement. Male employees were given credit for others work.
I was an hourly employee, but wax expected to be on call, work extra hours for no extra pay. I was expected to cut my regular hours by taking extra long lunches to make up for overtime pay that I was entitled to.
