There is no company culture and the company will tell employees how important they are then backstab them in closed door meetings.
Support from management
Management is just as broken as the entire corporate staff. Not one department runs efficiently and they constantly have meetings on how to keep people from quitting as fast as they are. Once you ask for help they make you feel like a bad employee.
None, most upper management hate the company and could care less about the service they provide.
Freedom to work independently
This is the best perk they have.
There is none, HR is non existent and the turn over is almost daily in most departments. They need to make a resource contact list weekly to keep up with the turnover.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Everyone is out to backstab each other. Seems to be the company standard.
Promotions are quick but it’s only because the good people leave once they see what the company really is like.
Office / Work Environment
You have no IT support, reporting capabilities from the 80’s without a single person who knows how to read it or implement better strategies.
24/7 Work and then they ask you for more, if you ask for help they ignore you.
This company is generally looked down upon even from their own clients and I have often been told how much they fall short on their promises consistently.
The biggest challenge is working with your corporate office and leadership not the clients.
Inclusive / Diverse
Promotions are given to friends of friends even if they have no ounce of experience.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire every person in the executive team and start over with people who actually have experience in Fleet management. Leadership have no experience launching innovative strategies for growth. They bid low and hope that makes up for poor service. Since I was there I saw contracts lost consistently because of poor leadership.

Fraud happens to almost every client I have seen and even when reported nothing happens.
