Upper Managment supports you with building your team, because it's to his benifit, he will receive overrides(income) off the people your train and develop
You will have to train and develop your own tream, often this pulls away from making your own income.
Freedom to work independently
They don't encourage you to work independently here. The expectations is to grow the office which means you should alway's be interviewing once you become a cooperate Trainer this grown the business.Often training means less money because your focused on showing the opportunity which can become distracting.
Upper management will lead you to believe you can can own your own office as motivation, they will push in the intetview that their is upward mobility, however management has never promoted anyone to that level, he has no experience in that area.This is an outdoor sales opportunity that your interviewer will not share with you initially,until they invite you to the second round interview you will be outside all day as they show your their opportunity.

Office / Work Environment
Outdor sales...you have to find transportation to the field if you don't use your own vehicle...there is no reimbursement for transpasses or mileage cost expenses
Long hours 7:30-7pm manditory team nights often until 11pm, During the day you work outside, this is an all year round outdoor sales position passin out goverent phones...If you don't give out the phones outside or create indoor events you don't get paid.
No benifits, long hours
Anything can happen out in the field usually you will be outside in front of the county assistance offices...handing out government phones
