Very rarely see a supervisor so no supervisors commending employees. I feel the company really doesn't care about its employees or clients. They do the bare minimum and not well.
I have a hard time trusting the office staff due to being told one thing and either it doesn't happen or it's not done the way they say it will. Very unprofessional. They will tell a potential client whatever they need to in order to secure clients business.
Support from management
No support at all from supervisors
There is no teamwork between field staff and office staff.
No communication, no meetings, no employee evaluations, no raises.
Hard to explain. Sadly this company does not treat all employees equally. Office staff gets PTO and vacation pay whereas field staff the ones that provide care to clients do not get pto or vacation pay.
Overall compensation for your work
Hourly rate is fair. Health insurance is limited to one choice and hard to find drs
close to me. Office staff gets pto and vacation pay field staff does not.

- Give raises on a regular basis. Field staff works very hard and deserves PTO and VACATION PAY.
