When beginning my employment with Amoena we had a great balance of feel of family with great structure of policy & procedure. We had 3 restructures. The last being a take over & huge layoff. They are severely obsessed with our daily sales making the atmosphere very tense because sales are falling. In the last year customer service has had to also take on over 100 accounts each for inside sales. It is very hard to do both jobs providing great attention to both. Because they did not make the yearly goal they have recently layed off 4 people.
