During conflict situations, the supervisors conduct was most appropriate. There are company rules and they do not bend. I feel, for the department t I was in, they did not set realistic production targets. Our machine was only put together at 70% and they wanted the same 100% production. We would get reprimanded for not "keeping up" with the production goals. There were too many hands in the pot. Too many people involved in 1 decision. They did accept ideas from the employees in regards to the machines that they worked on.
